Even the word neutral means impartial or unbiased. Most people aren’t going to complain! No one I’ve ever shown a house to said “oh I’d buy this house if it weren’t for the neutral walls”, but even though a can of paint can fix most concerns, I’ve had buyers say “that royal blue is a bit too much for me” and walk away from an otherwise great home!
